Transport Planner

- Good appearance. Experience 2 years or more.
- Graduated from college or higher with majors in Economics, Transportation, Warehousing... knowledgeable about the transportation field.
- Have experience in the field of multimodal transportation.
- Knowledge of vehicles and ability to monitor and handle damage.
- Have good organizational and management skills, grasp the driver's psychology and abilities, manage, arrange, assign, and monitor the most reasonable driving route.
- Have good time management, task management, and problem solving skills. Proficient in MS Office at work (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication skill.

 - Manage drivers and vehicles, understanding both quantity and quality.
- Receive orders and handle issues related to daily transportation and delivery. Plan and arrange transportation according to customer orders.
- Arrange and arrange work, reasonable routes for drivers, assign specific tasks to each driver.
- Arrange reasonable, scientific, cost-effective and on-time deliveries. Control vehicle oil and vehicle tolls.
- Monitor and control the driver's delivery and receipt process, manage and guide drivers to handle arising problems.
- Check the ops refunds and advances
- Control invoices and documents related to expenses & make monthly payment requests to garages.
- Coordinate and work together and support transporters and warehouses on arising issues.
- Search for new quality and competitive suppliers. Monitor and request to sign a contract with the garage when the transaction begins.
- Other tasks as assigned by management
