JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Coordination and implementation of activities of the Sales Department:
- Developing the market, expanding the source of new customers & maintaining the company's existing customers
- Establish close relationships with potential partners, agents, shipping lines, relevant agencies.
- Supervising the business of the room during the day, week, month
- Training skills and professionalism and promoting the development of the sales department

2. Take responsibility for business results and work efficiency of subordinates, fulfill profit targets set by the company:
- Break down the company's targets set by week, month
- Develop a plan to be able to achieve the targets set by the company
- Offer sanctions if the sales department cannot fulfill the company's set targets
- Report on the work of the sales department on a weekly and monthly basis

3. Plan, guide, supervise and encourage the members of the department to work effectively and in accordance with the quality policy:
- Monitor the business activities of the members in the room from which to come up with solutions as well as plans to do the work.
- Share and lead the members in the room to hone their experiences and follow the company's direction
- Motivate and motivate team members to achieve unexpected results

- Searching for new customers and taking care of customers (customers are domestic and foreign import and export companies).
- Support and advise customers to bring the optimal solution.
- Responsible for coordinating with related departments to serve customers
4. For customers and partners:
- Building collaborative relationships
- Record customer reviews and suggestions to improve service
- Giving beneficial advice to customers
- Building relationships to have the opportunity to cooperate on points that are not the strength of partners for more profit and competition

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualification
- University degree or higher, preferably in economics, marketing, commerce, foreign trade, maritime/Logistics is an advantage....
2. Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Understanding the field the company is operating in
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- There are many business ideas that bring good profits for yourself and the company
3. Related knowledge skills:
- Knowledge base on freight forwarding & logistics
- Negotiation skills and working with domestic and foreign partners
- Time management and work organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Fluent English
